Middle Level
A spectacular two story vaulted cedar ceiling living area with wood burning stove and access to the pool terrace. The living room features a large LCD TV with satellite reception, a CD/DVD player, 5.1 surround sound entertainment system for your enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, breakfast bar, and dining area with a custom wood and wrought iron table. It has a microwave oven, juicer, panini machine and other necessary small appliances. The bedroom has two twin (90cm) beds that can be combined to provide one large bed. It has a large terrace that overlooks the sea and access to the pool. The bathroom is fitted with 100 year old cedar furnishings. The pool terrace has travertine and iron table with 8 chairs for dining. The private entry courtyard features chaises for sun bathing and an area for dining away from the afternoon sun.

Lower floor
A private apartment with separate entry includes a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom (150 cm bed), living room with great sea view and large glass doors facing the sea and a private balcony. The fifth bathroom/WC is located just outside the apartment for use while enjoying the pool.
